Creationists - if you were ill, who would you rather go to. A doctor or a pastor?

Maybe you'd speak to both, but you would certainly see a doctor, since they're the ones with all the information because of their training, right?

So - when you have questions about Big Bang Theory, Evolution, Abiogenesis or anything like that - why do you rely on the uneducated guesswork of people who know as little as you?

Why not ask a damn scientist? This morning alone I have seen people writing things like:

';Either chance or God created us...'; Not true

';There's no evidence for The Big Bang'; Not true

'; The Law of Angular Momentum disproves BB theory'; Not true

How can you possibly have the nerve to demand respect for your ';theories'; and beliefs, when you have not taken the slightest trouble to source information for yourselves?

Just because you don't understand something does not make it untrue. Make the effort to understand by reading books by real biologists and physicists, or remove yourselves from the debate.Creationists - if you were ill, who would you rather go to. A doctor or a pastor?
Answer to your leading question: Go to a doctor, my religion doesn't have ';pastors';.

As for the rest of your questions and statements, who are you to decide who can or cannot debate on this site? Did Y/A die and make you God? Your theories and beliefs have changed so much in the last 60 years a scientist from the '50s wouldn't have a clue today. Just because someone doesn't agree with you they are to slink quietly away and never speak again? Your arrogance is bigger than the Big Bang.

Edit: Your venomous, hate-filled personal attack by email to me is not doing anything but showing your lack of mentality, and you still haven't given anyone any evidence.Creationists - if you were ill, who would you rather go to. A doctor or a pastor?
Evidence for the Big Bang - well, I could recommend some books, but ignorant cuuuuunts like you prefer fairy tales written by cave dwellers and sheep herders, so I won't waste my time. (PS glad to hear you have no ';living children';. Retards need to avoid procreation).

I don't need to go to a pastor to search for healing, I believe God can heal me anytime. But yes, I will still go to the doctor, because there is also God's power through it: science. How about certain natural medicine power in certain seeds, plants? Well I am not blind to deny that, I couldn't.
Quick story...the surgeon says to the patient, ';We're going to put you under now. Don't worry. I'm a trained surgeon, but I'm also an ordained minister. If anything goes wrong, I'll pray like hell for you.';
';And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.';

i trust neither doctors nor pastors and would sooner have Elohiym heal me or kill from sickness if its time to go - i've lived long enough thanks.
Yeah, it's ridiculous that they fight something they don't understand.
Amen
Who gave the doctor intelligence?
They wouldn't go to the doctor because after all it is just germ theory and we know how they don't believe in theories....unless.... they are a bunch of hypocrites...hmmm
good question , cant wait to see the answers from the believers
So you would rather go to a scientist who tells you big bang is your father, then a Dr to treat your illness?
When it comes to sickness, the doctor and the pastor both have a role to play.

Doctors have not been able to cure all sicknesses, have they? While there are sicknesses that have been cured miraculously by prayer leaving the doctors confounded.

The reason why I don't trust the scientists when it comes to the origins is because the origins (whether of universe or life) do not follow known scientific laws. One always has to step outside the scientific laws in order to explain them. And, mind you, the theories keep changing as there is no way to prove them - you cannot reduplicate the Big Bang nor the abiogenesis or evolution. They belong to the branch that should be called speculative sciences.

Moreover, the evolutionists promote their theory like a religion as if our denying it would stop further evolutions. Strange indeed!
We get out answers from scientist like nasa science daily etc.. These web sites offer articles on these subject from experts who are scientist. If i was sick i would go to the doctor if i needed to talk to someone i would go to a psychologist in fact that's really all a priest is. These aren't theories we believe in these basic common sense in a pbs special becoming human scientist look for ancient human bones and constantly find hippo remains lion deer etc.. the are in a desert that was lush forest millions of years ago not 6000. We have discovered and new key in evolution it was always my conclusion but we have been many primate like species but have always walked upright. Its almost psychotic do believe in creationism.
Many of the Doctors, nurses, health-care practitioners,surgeons lawyers, mechanics, clerks, law enforcement personnel attend the same church that we attend.

And if I asked any of them a question regarding ';the big bang theory'; they would by and large answer the same....';so what, who cares, what does that have to do with day to day life';...

All of this ranting and raving of ';we are smarter and more intelligent because we believe in the big bang and can prove it babble'; is really nothing more than an intellectual temper tantrum that the rest of the world does not give two hoots about .

Yes, we have read it, understand it , and are very knowledgeable of the whole thing; and it is from that perspective that we dismiss the whole annoying rant and get on with life.
