(diet advice) would i be ill if?

i gave up carbohydrates completely for two weeks?


i have a party to go to and im wearing a tight dress. i know that reducing carbs get rid of my tummy bloat so i would like to give them up completely. is this possible? x(diet advice) would i be ill if?
Well you certainly wouldn't be healthy. No matter what people say, cutting out entire basic food groups is dangerous! Up the cardio exercise and get enough sleep!





Consume you BMR (how many calories your body uses without you participating in any activity) in calories per day. Get enough fruit, veg, protein, fat, carbs etc. Carbs are not the enemies - your body needs them! Drink plenty of water - about 2 - 2.5 litres a day.





Exercise: Cardio burns fat, weights/toning will not, however, it will improve your muscles, but in order to lose weight/inches, you need to lose the excess fat. Examples of good cardio exercises are: swimming, running, cycling, playing tennis and rope jumping (my personal favorite - it burns about 100 calories per 10 minutes).








Pay a visit to your doctor, they can advise and support you through your weight loss.(diet advice) would i be ill if?
i recommend you don't completely stop eating carbs, carbs is what gives you energy to go through out the day.

I know my dad did the Atkins diet and im not sure if in that you cut down on carbs or stop completly, but he stopped completly for two weeks and after that only ate a little carbs. He lost a lot of weight, like stones! But he also excercised and is a man so that could be different for a girl. And to be honest it cant be that healthy to cut out an entire food group. Maybe just reduce your carb intake.
