A whole catalogue of errors there.

It's not rocket science to know that horror films are not the best sort of entertainment for the mentally illWhy would staff take a mentally ill patient to watch horror films?
what I'm worried about is the fact that you can appeal for ';diminished responsibility'; if you pull a Jack Nicholson. very worrying indeed

but in this case, the man was broken long before the films. no one is to blame but the sicko himself.

He should be ';put down'; like a horse with a broken leg
well from experience these places are not always controlled in the way you would think. and that many patients have a degree of licence that you would not expect. The same by the way can be said of prisons.

and i have been in these places so can talk from experience
Wow shocking, I'd not heard that before.

We actually don't take our users out to horrors, although I imagine there are ways round it if the user was begging and the staff was inclined.
For a laugh! lol

no seriously they shouldnt well actually it depends on what kind of mental illness if its a ocd then its not much to worry about for if its terertz or somethign that could be a problem
Wow that was really bad. To answer your question no. He should not have been taken to watch horor films. There are a great deal of other people who should not see them either.
