Would a terminally ill infant from an atheist family go to heaven?

According to Christians, no because it didn't accept Jesus as its personal savior.Would a terminally ill infant from an atheist family go to heaven?
Yes.Would a terminally ill infant from an atheist family go to heaven?
Athiests don't believe in heaven. The infant would just rot and become soil to them. I'm not religous but I believe in a heaven. I think everyone gets in. Earth is as close to hell as it gets.
Yes, silly
Absolutely! All children go to Heaven until they get to the age of accountability which I don't think anyone knows what age that is .What it means is once we all are a certain age we are responsible for ourselves spiritually and God considers us mature enough to make decisions pertaining to our soul and our path we take in life whether it's with or without Him ,I've always been told it was around the age of 12 -13 but not for sure but as for this most precious gift this couple has been given by God will be in heaven when it's time here on earth is done.My prayers go out to the family of this child maybe they too will find and trust God through this and be able to see their baby again one day I think very soon and someone needs to tell them about God and how all the stuff works, maybe who knows this may be Gods way of bringing them to him .It says in the Holy Bible that He will bring you to your knees to get your attention.I'm not saying God takes innocent babies to get parents to commit to Him but He does work in mysterious ways.I will pray for the parents and the child and tell these parents that miracles happen every single day but THEY have ti have FAITH and BELIEVE in Him and HE sent HIS SON JESUS CHRIST to die for ALL of OUR sins and they MUST TRUST in HIM.I will keep them in my prayers and will add them to our prayer list at my church.God Bless you and the family.
That is such a difficult question that I could not answer it completely here on this site. The bible says that parents are responsible for their children's salvation until they are of the age where they can understand. That is why it is such an important matter to make sure that your understanding of the right religion is correct. Obviously, an atheist does not believe in an afterlife anyway. But the child will not be punished in a hellfire if that is what you may think. God does not punish people like that. Worse case would be nonexistence after death. But that is what its parents believe anyway.
No. there is no heaven.
yes, every religion would tell you that (at least every religion based on traditional interpretations of God)
So in other words those that have the misfortune to grow up and share the views of their parents will go to hell, do I have that right? What a load of crap.
Of course not as there is no Heaven for anyone to go to. Stop trying that silly crap on Atheists and think about your own people and your cousins the chimps.
the infant will indeed go where the rest of us will go.......(not necessarily heaven though)
yes

a 101% yes!

anyone who tells you other wise is an ******
Yes, it didn't have a chance to make a choice about God. It's family doesn't effect anything.
...everyone is going to show up in Heaven... it's at that point God will make His final Judgement... I can see the babe being taken in rather quickly... God has already spoken of His love for little children... and those who reject Him...
yes. When young children die, they are considered guiltless and innocent befor the Lord. People reap hell becaue they know the truth and make a choice to walk in it. That's why the scripture says, ';.....the wages of sin is death';. However, children even though they can be full of folly are not intentionally applying wickedness. God told David to go among the Phillistines and kill everything including the children who did not know God. Why? Because the children would come back and live with the Lord.
its very possible that God has a plan for them as well as all other aborted and miscarried babies....i do think so myself..
Yes. The infant hasn't been made to choose to believe or not. It's soul is pure and unspoiled by family ideals and/or beliefs.
yes i`d like to think so anyway.
Yes cause its an infant
The bible said -let the little children come unto me - they are under grace until they become of accountable age.
Yes, anyone who is not old enough and has not heard the word will go to heaven. There is an age of accountability that gives everyone who isn't old enough, disabled, etc, free entrance into His kingdom.

If the parents would like to see that child again, it is entirely different. They are obviously old enough to know and to hear the truth. The fact they have chosen to be atheist means they have heard the word and rejected it at least once. They will have to accept it in the end if they wish to join the child they lost, and they have until they die to make that choice. That could be an hour from now, or it could be in 30 years, but the choice is theirs and they are responsible for having heard the word and been offered the gift.
Yes, of course. A child too young to choose gets a free pass.
Some people would say yes, others would say no....

I say Yes.
Christians believe that children younger than the age of accountability go to heaven.
Yep. Doesn't matter whether or not you believe in God, because He believes in you.
Is this a riddle? i'd say no b/c hes still alive. And i'd say no either way b/c i'm an athiest.
pray about it and ask God He can tell you better than we can...
I don't know, do trolls go to heaven/ Exactly what do you expect when asking a question like this? Nobody truely knows the answer to that and you just start another Holy war that we are all sick and tired of.
Yes for the child is not responsible for its parents.
Yes...totally innocent
If there was a heaven.
